abstract | Novel polymer compositions that comprise high 1,2-enrichment are described herein. Said polymer compositions have up to about 50% by weight of 1,2 units wherein about 25% to about 75% by weight of all 1,2 units are present in the polymer backbone. Additionally a novel process is disclosed for producing polymer compositions by dissolving a polydiene in a monomeric diene during emulsion polymerization conditions. |
