titleOfInvention | Method for stabilizing antigenicity of myeloperoxidase by incubating with cyclodextrin |
abstract | The antigenicity of a myeloperoxidase is stabilized by applying a solution of cyclodextrin to a myeloperoxidase and incubating the myeloperoxidase with the solution of cyclodextrin. The myeloperoxidase may be immobilized on an insoluble carrier prior to applying the solution of cyclodextrin. The stabilized myeloperoxidase can be stored for a long period of time, even at high temperature, and used as a reagent in an immunoassay. |
