abstract Cosmetic composition containing at least one silicone, a lipid and water, in which the lipid is a nonionic amphiphilic lipid. The composition is prepared with the aid of a known process for producing nonionic vesicles, in which the nonionic amphiphilic lipid and the silicone are mixed before the process for forming the nonionic vesicles. At least one cationic surface-active agent is preferably introduced into the aqueous dispersion phase after formation of the vesicles.
