The new compositions contain a protein fraction based on three types of minipeptides. The method involves the step of administering a therapeutically effective amount of a composition including specific minipeptides including casein minipeptides with and without phosphopeptides wherein the quantity of selected minipeptides is chosen to assure a proper balance between the sulfur containing amino acids and phosphors bound to proteins. |
