The present invention relates to a process for isomerizing a light paraffinic naphtha feedstock having a boiling range from about 50 DEG F. to about 210 DEG F. and containing at least 85 weight percent aliphatic hydrocarbon having 6 carbon atoms or less. The process comprises contacting the feedstock at isomerization conditions with an isomerization catalyst comprising a zeolite beta component. |
