A compound of the formula: <IMAGE> wherein R1 is hydrogen, or C114 C6 alkyl; n is an integer of from 2 to 3; Z1 is phenyl, benzyl, or isoxazolyl and each is optionally substituted by a halogen, a methoxy, or a methyl group; Z2 is hydrogen, C1-C5 alkyl, allyl, unsubstituted phenyl, or phenyl substituted by halogen, methyl, or methoxy; or Z1 and Z2 are taken together with the adjacent nitrogen atom to form triazolyl, imidazolyl or pyrazolyl; or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof. |
