abstract |
A method for treatment of ocular hypertension which comprises ocularly administering, to a subject in need of such treatment, an oculo-hypotensively synergistic combination of (a) a 15-ketoprostaglandin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable ester thereof, and (b) a sympathomimetic agent in an amount effective in treatment of ocular hypertension. |
