Date May 31, 1990.A fluorine resin having relatively high melting point such as polytetrafluoroethylene and tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkylvinylether copolymer resins is added to a polyester having the double bond of a polyisocyanate or dibasic acid with a polyhydric alcohol followed by stirring, and a coat of the resulting stirred mixture is applied to a plastic product or the like, whereby the fluorine resin is firmly held on the coated surface, and a film of the fluorine resin is formed on the coated surface.
