The composition is made of a corrosion inhibitor selected from phenyl ketone, phenyl ketone with a quaternary salt of a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic aromatic compound, or cinnamaldehyde with a quaternary salt of a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic aromatic compound and an acid soluble metal from antimonium or bismuth.
