titleOfInvention | Method for processing silver halide color photographic light-sensitive materials |
abstract | A method for forming color photographic images is disclosed. The method comprises steps of n imagewise exposing to light a silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material n developing the light-sensitive material with a color developer, n bleaching, immediately after the step of developing, the light-sensitive material with a bleacing solution, and n treating the bleached light-sensitive material with a solution having fixing capablility, wherein n the light-sensitive material comprises a support and hydrophilic colloid layers including a silver halide emulsion layer provided on a side of the support, and a total dry thickness of the hydrophilic colloid layers is not more than 17 μm, and n the bleaching solution contains a ferric complex salt of a compound represented by the following formula in an amount of within the range of from 0.002 mole to 9.4 mole per liter of the bleaching solution; ##STR1## wherein A 1 , through A 4 are each a --CH 2 OH group, a --COOM, or a --PO 3 M 1 M 2 . Color photographic images can be obtained, which is excellent in image sharpness and improved in bleach-fog desilvering property and preservcapability, with diminished amount of developer replenishing. |
