Preferred are (I) where A is tetramethylene; Het is 7-(1-4C alkyl) 4-hydroxy-1,8- napthyridin-3-yl or 6-(1-4C alkyl) -2-hydroxy -3-pyridinyl or is 3-quinolinyl 4-substd. by OH, 1-4C alkoxy or SH and opt. substd. on the carbocyclic rib by OH, 1-4C alkyl, 1-4C alkoxy or CN. N-(4-(4-diphenyl methylene-1- piperidinyl) butyl)-4- hydroxy-7-methyl- 1,8napthyridine- 3-carboxamide.
