abstract A primer composition, comprising: n (A) an organosilicon compound having in its molecule i) at least one hydrogen atom bonded to a silicon atom and ii) at least one group selected from silicon-bonded alkoxy groups and silicon-bonded and epoxy group-containing organic groups; and (B) an organic titanium compound. This composition can achieve a durable adhesion even under severe conditions as in high-temperature air, high-temperature water vapor, and high-temperature oil.
