abstract |
(I) and the salts of these compounds with amines, alkali or alkali earth metal bases or with quaternary ammonium bases have good pre- and post-emergence, selective herbicidal and growth-regulating properties. In this formula R1 and R2, independently of each other, are hydrogen or C1-C2alkyl, R3 is hydrogen, halogen, nitro, C1C4alkyl, C1-C4Haloalkyl, C1-C4-alkoxy, C1-C4haloalkoxy, C1-C4alkoxycarbonyl, C1-C4alkylthio, C1-C4alkylsulfinyl, C1-C4alkylsulfonyl or C2-C5alkoxyalkoxy or -SO2NR4R5, R4 is hydrogen, C1-C2alkoxy or C1-C4alkyl, R5 is hydrogen, methyl or ethyl, R6 and R7 are each hydrogen, methyl or ethyl, W is oxygen, sulfur, a sulfinyl and sulfonyl bridge A is a radical selected from

in which the substituents E1, E2, X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, X8, Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4, Y6, Y61, Y8, Y81, Z3 and Z5 are customary organic radicals. |
