abstract A polyolefin-base resin composition comprising a vegetable fibrous material in fiber form containing cellulose as major constituent and a high flow rate polyolefin-base resin having a melt index of 20 to 100. By using this resin it has become possible to improve the poor processability of a conventional polyolefin-base resin composition incorporated with a vegetable fibrous material in fiber form containing cellulose as major constituent. The invention makes it possible to produce an article of large size and small wall thickness by injection molding while desirable mechanical characteristics being retained.
