abstract An aqueous resin emulsion is disclosed. The emulsion is obtained by emulsion copolymerizing a monomer mixture comprising (a) an acrylic acid fluoroalkyl ester derivative, (b) an acrylic acid derivative, and (c) a polyfunctional monomer for internal cross-linking, in an aqueous medium. The emulsion shows excellent polymerization stability in emulsion copolymerization for the preparation thereof and excellent dispersion stability in an aqueous medium.
