abstract |
A series of water-dispersible corrosion inhibiting solutions are disclosed which contain about 10 ppm to about 70% by weight of the reaction product of a dione and a primary polyamine. The use of these reaction products dramatically reduces H2S and CO2 corrosion rates when used in a continuous treatment of preferbly about 10 ppm to about 250 ppm or when used in a batch filming treatment. |
