Glycolic esters, useful as anticholinergic drugs, have the formula <IMAGE> wherein R1 is selected from the class consisting of phenyl and cyclopentyl; R2 represents a hydrocarbon radical of 3 to 6 carbon atoms; Z is selected from the class consisting of -CH2-, -CH2CH2- and -CH2CH= and R3 represents an azacyclic ring selected from the class consisting of 1-methyltetrahydropyridine, 1-methyl-3-pyrroline, quinuclidine, 2-tropidine and 1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-2-ene. |
