abstract There is disclosed according to the invention a composition and an article made from the composition. In a preferred embodiment, the composition consists essentially of about 50-99 weight percent of a fluoroelastomer copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and propylene having the following structure: <IMAGE> where x=y, about 0-50 weight percent of a polymer filler, about 1-25 weight percent of dimethyl methyl phosphonate and about 0-15 weight percent of trioctyl phosphate.
