R1 is -NH2. R2 is chloro, bromo, or iodo. R3 is hydrogen or fluorine. R4 is hydrogen or fluorine, and R5 is hydrogen, fluorine, or CH3; or salt thereof, in association with a pharmaceutical carrier. The amount administered is from 0.1 mg to 400 mg/kg of body weight, dosage unit form and dosage amounts disclosed.
