The novel derivatives correspond to the general formula: <IMAGE> (I) in which R1 is a Y-(CH2)n -NR4R5 group, where Y represents a single bond or the group <IMAGE> R4 and R5, identical or different, are hydrogen or an alkyl radical, preferably a lower alkyl, or again form together a ring which can include heteroatoms, in particular nitrogen atoms. n is a number ranging from 1 to 10, notably from 2 to 7, R2 is a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group or an aralkyl group in which the alkyl substituent is a lower alkyl group, and R3 is a hydrogen atom or a CH3 group useful for the treatment of leukemias. |
