abstract | A process for increased productivity in healthy animals comprising the administration of a compound of the formula <IMAGE> Formula I or a pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salt thereof wherein R1 and R2 are the same or different and are selected from the group consisting of lower alkyl of from 1 to 4 carbon atoms; R3 and R4 are the same or different and are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, and lower alkyl of from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and n is 1 or 2 provided that when n is 2 then R1 and R2 are the same and R3 and R4 are the same, in association with the animal feed, water, salt rations, or pharmacologically acceptable carrier. Compositions comprising a compound of the above formula for daily administration or long acting forms are disclosed. |
