abstract |
Crosslinking compositions comprising (a) optionally at least partially neutralized reaction product of di- or poly epoxy compound and hydroxy amine and (b) amino resin crosslinker that are formulated into primers providing alkaline resistant coatings even in absence of chromate inhibiting pigments are improved by incorporation of reactive hydroxy phosphate catalyst that lowers cure temperature without increase in moisture sensitivity of cured coating. One reactive catalyst is a reaction product of di- or triol and P2O5. |
