Compounds having the formula ##STR1## in which R is phenyl, phenylthio, phenoxy, or lower aklylthio; R 1 is lower alkoxy; R 2 is lower alkyl or lower alkoxy; R 3 is lower alkyl; and X is sulfur or oxygen. The compounds have utility as insecticides and miticides. n The compounds can be prepared through novel intermediates having the formula ##STR2## by a novel process of reacting a methyl ketone oxime with a haloacetyl chloride in the absence of an acid acceptor. |
