abstract A laser ophthalmological unit comprises a lasing source and an optical sym having a slit source for illumination of the surgery field. This laser and illumination source are housed in a common casing hinged on the bracket of the microscope designed for observation of the surgery field. The emission supply system of said slit source and of the laser are mounted rigidly on said hinged casing but can be adjusted.
