titleOfInvention Curing agent for polysulfide-polymer compositions
abstract Activated manganese (IV) oxide is used as a curing and vulcanizing agent for polysulfide polymers. By adjusting the following parameters the properties as a curing and vulcanizing agent can be influenced in a predictable way: (a) alkali metal content or foreign metal content; (b) water content; (c) specific surface. A process is described to adjust these parameters.
