abstract Electrical elements for a voltage regulator are put on a printed-circuit board and disposed in an aluminum case. The electrical elements on the printed-circuit board are coated with a resilient material, with a sealing material which is composed of a resin of a low viscous and a minute granular insulating material being filled in the case, whereby the resin-sealed electrical device becomes much resistive against severe environmental changes.
