abstract | The present invention relates to substituted tetrahydrofurfuryl aminoesters. The novel tetrahydrofurfuryl dialkyl aminoesters are represented by the formula C2H5 R-CH2-CH-CO2CH2-CH2N ANGLE ¦ ¦C2H5 CH2 in which R is a member of the group formed by the 2-naphthyl, 2-naphthyl substituted in the 6-position with alkoxy and 5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-1-naphthyl radicals. The addition salts with the therapeutically acceptable acids, the starting and intermediate products of these aminoesters, also form the subject of the invention. |
