abstract Asthma is effectively treated by inhalation of powder dispensed from an aerosol suspension of powdered N,N-diethyl-4-methyl-1piperazinecarboxamide pamoate, which is dispersed as a fine powder, essentially below 10 microns in particle size, which gives an improved ratio of absorption in the lungs as compared to systemic absorption.
