abstract An antifoam composition is disclosed which consists essentially of (1) 1 to 20 percent by weight of a siliconeglycol copolymer, (2) 65 to 98 percent by weight of a propylene glycol, and (3) 1 to 15 percent by weight of a hydrophilic silica which is preferably treated in situ. The composition is particularly useful in latexes.
