THESE COMPOSITIONS CURE THERMALLY TO FORM WATER-INSOLUBLE COATINGS WITH THE COLLOIDAL PARTICLES DISPERSED THROUGHOUT A BINDER MATRIX OF POLYMERIZED ZWITTERIONIC MONOMER.
