abstract Fluorocarbon surfactants are added to vesicular films to improve the sensitivity thereof, while further maintaining very small vesicle size in the development image which results in films of improved resolution. The fluorocarbon surfactants contain a hydrophobic chain, which terminates in a hydrophilic head portion, which can be any of the types usually employed with hydrocarbon type dispersing agents.
