COMPONENT (3) SYNERGISTICALLY INCREASES THE EFFICIENCY OF COMPONENTS (1) AND (2). THE METHOD INCLUDES INTRODUCING THE COMPONENTS INTO THE WATER PERIODICALLY, BUT PREFERABLY CONTINUOUSLY, EITHER SEPARATELY OR IN COMBINATION.
