PREFERABLY R IS SELECTED FROM THE GROUP CONSISTING OF ALKYL, ALKARYL, CYCLOALKYL, AND ARYLL RADICAL HAVING AT LEAST THREE CARBON ATOMS AND R'' IS SELECTED FROM THE GROUP CONSISTING OF HYDROGEN, HALOGEN AND ALKYL GROUPS.
