THE TREATMENT WITH THIS COMBINATION OF INGREDIENTS IMPROVES THE THERMAL STABILITY OF THE CELLULOSE MATERIAL WITH SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER DIELECTRIC LOSS CHARACTERISTICS, AS WELL AS IMPROVING THE MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF THE MATERIAL.
