LIQUID FUNCTIONALLY TERMINATED POLYBUTADIENE AND POWDERED POLYTETRAFLUOROETHYLENE ARE MIXED INTO A TERPOLYMER CONTAINING TRIFLUORONITROSOMETHANE, TETRAFLUOROETHYLENE, AND A SMALL AMOUNT OF NITROSOPERFLUOROBUTYRIC ACID. THE MIXTURE IS CURED IN THE PRESENCE OF A PEROXIDE FREE RADICAL INITIATOR.
