THE COMPOSITIONS INCLUDES A BLEND OF PHOSPHATE ESTERS OF 8-CARBON ALCOHOLS WITH SOLUBLE SULPHATE ESTERS OF ALKOXYLATED ALCOHOLS AND ALKYL PHENOLS.
