abstract THIS APPLICATION DISCLOSES A METHOD OF ENHANCING THE FLAVOR OF AN ANIMAL FEED COMPOSITION BY ADDING A FLAVOR IMPROVING ACID TO THE FEED COMPOSITION. THE ACID MAY BE APPLIED DIRECTLY TO THE FOOD PARTICLE, APPLIED OVER A FAT COATING, OR INCORPORATED IN A FAT COATING. THE FLAVORING ACID MAY BE ADDED IN THE AMOUNT OF 0.05 TO 5% BY WEIGHT OF THE FEED.
