Choline phosphoramidates of the formula WHEREIN R1 and R2 represent hydrogen, a hydrocarbon residue having at most seven carbon atoms, or R1 and R2 taken together represent a five- or six-membered heterocyclic ring are prepared by reacting phosphorylcholine with an amine.
