A thixotropical polyurethane composition comprising 100 weight parts of a polyurethane prepolymer, 0.1 to 50 weight parts of colloidal silica of an average particle size of 3 to 50 Mu 0.001 to 50 weight parts of at least one ethylene glycol polymer, having an average molecular weight of 100 to 20,000, of the group consisting of polyethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol ether and polyethylene glycol ester; the weight ratio of said ethylene glycol polymer to said colloidal silica being in the range of between 0.05:1 and 0.5:1. |
