abstract A HYGROSCOPIC ORGANIC SOLVENT BASED COATING SOLUTION CONTAINING POLYURETHANE AND 1-30% BY WEIGHT (BASED ON THE POLYURETHANE) OR A HIGHER FATTY ACID IS APPLIED TO A SURFACE OF A BASE MATERIAL. THE APPLIED COATING SOLUTION IS THEN COAGULATED IN A COAGULATING BATH CONSISTING OF AN AQUEOUS SOLUTION OF AN INORGANIC SALT. IT IS THEN WASHED AND DRIED. THE FATTY ACID IS SELECTED FROM THE GROUP CONSISTING OF STEARIC ACID, MYRISITC ACID, PALMITIC ACID, LAURIC ACID AND OLEIC ACID.
