UNCOMPENSATED ZINC OXIDE, OTHERWISE CONSIDERED THE BEST MATERIAL FOR SUCH DEVICES, HAS BEEN UNSUITABLE BY REASON OF ITS LARGE DONOR CONCENTRATION.
