PREPARATIONS CONTAINING 6-CYCLOALKYGUANAMINES WHEREIN THE CYCLOALKL RADICAL CONTAINS FROM 3 TO 10 CARBON ATOMS ARE DISCLOSED AND METHODS OF USING THE PREPARATIONS TO TREAT INFLAMMATORY CONDITIONS. THE COMPOUNDS OF THE CLASS OF 6-(SUBSTITUTED) GUANAMINES, ALSO CALLED 2,4-DIAMINO-S-TRIAZINES ARE USED IN FORMING PREPARATIONS FOR THE THERAPEUTIC TREATMENT OF INFLAMMATORY CONDITIONS. EXEMPLARY OF THE COMPOUNDS USED IN THE DISCLOSED PREPARATIONS IS 6-CYCLOPROPYLGUANAMINE. TE NONTOXIC ACID ADDITION SALTS OF THE COMPOUNDS ARE ALSO THERAPEUTICALLY USEFUL. |
