According to a composition or a kit for diagnosing or predicting reactivity of an ovary to FSH and a method using the same according to one aspect, the degree of reactivity of the ovary may be easily diagnosed using miRNA present in blood, follicular fluid, granulosa cells, and cumulus cells, and thus it is easy to predict or diagnose symptoms or diseases caused by abnormal reactivity of the ovary to FSH.
