abstract A wireless device may transmit assistance information comprising first configuration parameters of a power saving operation of the wireless device. The first configuration parameters may comprise a first maximum number of multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) layers for a first cell group and a second maximum number of MIMO layers for a second cell group. The wireless device may receive second configuration parameters. The second configuration parameters may comprises a first number of MIMO layers for a first cell of the first cell group and a second number of MIMO layers for a second cell of the second cell group. The first number may be less than or equal to the first maximum number. The second number may be less than or equal to the second maximum number.
