The invention relates to the field of human reproduction, more in particular to situations in which human reproduction is failing. The present invention provides reliable and highly accurate methods for predicting the chance that an assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedure, such as an in vitro fertilization and intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) procedure will not lead to a successful pregnancy.
