abstract Disclosed are various embodiments of systems and method of determining wellness of a user using a mobile application. In some examples, a system can display a first wellness prompt on a client device for a first wellness assessment. The system can receive a first audio sample from the client device. A first wellness assessment can be generated based at least in part on the first audio sample. Wellness content can be transmitted to the client device. The system can display a second wellness prompt on the client device for a second wellness assessment. The system receive a second audio sample from the client device and generate the second wellness assessment based on the second audio sample. The first wellness assessment and the second wellness assessment can be displayed for the client device.
