The invention relates to a messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) molecule lacking a cap molecule, for which the cost of in vitro transcription synthesis is greatly reduced, comprising, from 5′ to 3′, at least one copy of a GUCAGRYC(N 7-19 )GCCA(N 12-19 )UGCNRYCUG consensus sequence which is resistant to the Xrn1 exoribonuclease, a copy of an internal ribosome entry site (IRES) RNA sequence, and an open reading frame. |
