abstract | Provided are a rubber composition for an inner liner having excellent air permeability resistance and low temperature fatigue resistance, and a pneumatic tire using the same. The rubber composition for an inner liner contains 0.05 to 2.0 parts by mass of a thiosulfuric acid compound represented by the general formula (1) or (2) (m indicates an integer of 2 to 5, n indicates an integer of 1 to 3, and M n+ indicates a monovalent to trivalent metal ion) with respect to 100 parts by mass of rubber component, in which a whole sulfur content is 0.8 parts by mass or less. |
