The present invention is intended to provide a photoresponsive Smo ligand, in which a photodissociable protective group binds to an active site of a Smo ligand (a site important for agonistic or antagonistic activity). Specifically, the present invention relates to a photoresponsive Smo ligand, in which a photodissociable protective group binds to an active site of a Smo ligand. More specifically, it is a photoresponsive Smo ligand, which is characterized in that the Smo ligand is a 1,4-diaminocyclohexane derivative and the photodissociable protective group comprises an aromatic ring. |
