abstract A touch display apparatus comprises a first substrate, a second substrate, a display medium, pixel structures, touch structures and a dielectric layer. The outer surface of the first substrate is a touch surface. The plurality of pixel structures are arranged between the first substrate and the display medium or between the second substrate and the display medium. Each of the pixel structures comprises a data line, a first scan line, a first transistor and a pixel electrode. Each of the touch structures comprises a second transistor, a read-out line, a second scan line and a first touch electrode. The first touch electrode and the second transistor are arranged on an inner surface of the first substrate. The first touch electrode is arranged between the first substrate and the dielectric layer. The dielectric layer is arranged between the first touch electrode and a first transistor of a pixel structure.
